Fertive Tablet is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) prescribed to women who are unable to get pregnant because they are not ovulating or have conditions like Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). Usage Instruction of Fertive Tablet:

Take Fertive Tablet as directed by your doctor. It is usually taken for a few days early in the menstrual cycle, with or without food, preferably at the same time daily. Treatment is generally limited to three cycles. Your doctor may monitor your ovulation with tests and advise on timing intercourse. 

Side Effects of Fertive Tablet:

Common, temporary side effects may include hot flushes, nausea, headache, bloating, breast pain, and sometimes blurred vision or enlarged ovaries. If blurred vision occurs, avoid driving. Seek immediate medical help for serious side effects like symptoms of ovarian overstimulation (severe pain, breathing issues, sudden weight gain) or persistent blurred vision.
