Keralise Cream 30 ml

Keralise Cream is a light, soft, and easily absorbed cream developed for the daily care of skin with blemishes, clogged pores, and excess sebum production. It has a keratolytic effect, which means it helps break down keratin clumps and remove dead skin cells, normalizing sebum production and refining skin texture. The cream is designed to be well-tolerated, even by very sensitive and reactive skin, due to its high concentration of soothing ingredients. It leaves a prolonged matte finish, making it an ideal makeup primer.

Ingredients of Keralise Cream:

The cream features a concentrated active formula, including: 

Ø  Glycolic Acid (6%): An alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that provides a chemical exfoliating effect.

Ø  Salicylic Acid (1.25%): A beta hydroxy acid (BHA) with keratolytic and purifying properties, ideal for oily and acne-prone skin.

Ø  Retinol in Liposomes (0.6%): Encapsulated retinol conveyed in microspheres for a better smoothing effect and enhanced cell renewal without affecting tolerability.

Ø  Panthenol (5%): A potent soothing and moisturizing agent.

Ø  Glycyrrhetinic Acid (0.5%): An anti-inflammatory and soothing compound.

Ø  Piroctone Olamine, Zinc PCA: Purifying ingredients that help balance the skin's microflora and regulate sebum.

Ø  Vitamin E (2%): An antioxidant that helps protect the skin. 

Uses of Keralise Cream

Keralise Cream is indicated for use on the face for individuals with:

How to Use Keralise Cream:

Cleanse the skin with a delicate product (like the Keralise Gel Scrub, if available) and then apply a suitable amount of the cream to the concerned areas. Massage gently into the skin. It can be used once or twice a day until improvement is seen. 

Side Effects of Keralise Cream

The cream is generally well-tolerated. However, some individuals, especially those with very sensitive skin, may experience a slight tingling or burning sensation during the first few uses. This is usually temporary and self-limiting. 

Warnings and Precautions:

Ø  Avoid contact with eyes, nose, mouth, or open/weeping wounds.

Ø  In case of contact, rinse immediately and thoroughly with water.

Ø  If signs of persistent irritation or an allergic reaction (rashes, swelling) appear, discontinue use and consult a doctor.

Ø  The use of AHAs/BHAs and retinol can increase skin sensitivity to the sun; it's advisable to use sun protection during the day.
