NEOTONE Eyes is a lightening eye contour cream developed by Isispharma in collaboration with expert dermatologists. It is a non-greasy, non-sticky gel-cream designed for the sensitive skin around the eyes, addressing both vascular (blue/violet) and pigmented (brown/black) dark circles.

Usage Instruction of NEOTONE Eyes:
